Full Registration Includes: 

  • Access to all conference sessions 

  • Access to the exhibition area 

  • Participation in the opening and closing ceremonies

  • Visits to TUDelft facilities (if any)

Payment Methods

  • Payment is possible via Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. 

  • Bank transfer is available under certain conditions and must be completed at least 4 weeks before the start of the conference. Don't hesitate to get in touch with pfdm2025@tudelft.com for details. 

  • All fees include VAT. 

Registration Fee

Early Bird Rates: 

  • Student/Young Researcher (PhD students): €400 (Ends two months before the conference - May 1st)

  • Track Leaders: €500 (Ends 1 month before the conference -  June 1st)

  • Authors (technical paper or poster), Scientific committee: €600 (End two months before the conference - May 1st) 

  • Other delegates: €800 (Ends 1 month before the conference -  June 1st)
     

Group Registrations: 

*Notes:

  1. Group discounts are not applicable to students and young researchers; 

  2. Students & young researchers must provide proof of eligibility for reduced fees;

  3. For publishing the book of abstract (recommendation for the journal), the payment should be made at least two months before the symposium.

Family Registration:

 

Participants registered for PFDM are welcome to invite their family members to join the event’s social and networking activities. To register a family member, please enter the Order ID from your PFDM registration receipt.

 

Family Access Options:

  • 🥂 Full Access (includes all meals, drinks, and Gala Night) €200

  • 🎉 Gala Night Only: €125

  • 🍽️ Lunch, Drinks & Social Events (excluding Gala Night): €100

Additional information

Registration and Payment for PFDM 2025

 

  • Your registration for the conference is only confirmed after we have received the full payment.

  • All payments should be made in Euros (€).

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards. If you prefer a bank transfer, please ensure you cover all related transaction fees.

  • With one registration, a maximum of two papers will be accepted.

Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • To cancel, you must send a written request to the PFDM 2025 organizers.

  • Cancellation by December 24th,  50 % refund (Note: the refund will be done in Euros)

  • Since we must pay for the publication and venue in advance, hence no refund after December 24th will be possible.​

  • Payments will be refunded if the organizer cancels the conference. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

 

Liability

​

  • The organizers are not responsible for any personal accidents, losses, or thefts during the conference.

  • Make sure to have your own health and travel insurance.

 

Photography and Video Recording at PFDM 2025

​

  • During the conference, we'll have a photographer and videographer capturing the event's highlights and attendees for the third PFDM purposes. When you register for PFDM 2025, you're giving us the green light to use your image in our social media posts and publications about the conference.

  • We'll only use your images to promote the conference and its activities, and not for any commercial gain. ​
